Generally dogs and motorcycles do not mix. We would prefer it if pets were left at home. However, if circumstances dictate that you have no other option but to bring your dog, you must ensure that the dog is on a lead at all times and well behaved. Dog owners are responsible for cleaning up any mess made by their dog.
All two wheeled electric powered or kick scooters are prohibited from this event.
Tickets can be presented as a printed paper version or electronically via a smart phone. If presenting via a smart phone, you can present either the PDF ticket emailed to you by Moto-Union or Eventbrite. Alternatively, if you have the Eventbrite app, you can present your ticket to us from the app.
Once purchased, tickets are non refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable. Please see Moto-Union’s booking terms for further details.
If you’ve accidentally deleted the email with your ticket, don’t worry! You can always check the Eventbrite app to see if it’s still there. If it’s not, just contact the organizers at info@motounion.co.uk and they’ll look into this for you!
Once purchased via Eventbrite, your order confirmation will be sent via email and should be received within 5 minutes of making your purchase. If you haven’t received confirmation within that time, please make sure to check your spam and junk folders in your mail client inbox. Recently Eventbrite changed how attendees access their tickets in efforts to enhance their platform experience. Going forward, you will no longer receive PDF tickets via an order confirmation email. No, children under the age of 12 can enter the event for free. If you’re planning to visit Moto-Union, you’ll need to ‘purchase’ a free children’s ticket from Eventbrite beforehand. This is to make sure that everyone can be accommodated on the day and we don’t have to turn anyone away. We wouldn’t want anyone to miss out on the event!
Unfortunately not. Once purchased, tickets for this event are non-refundable. Please refer to Moto-Union’s booking terms.
